Back for a 5th edition following a COVID break, the responsible food fair is getting a makeover in order to gain new momentum. Indeed, this year, the fair not only increases its capacity to welcome exhibitors and participants, but also launches its brand new website.
The event is intended for gourmets and consumers who wish to meet food artisans who have social and environmental impact at the heart of their mission, and discover their products. These agricultural producers, processors, chefs, artisans, and community organizations of all kinds are the bearers of a know-how essential to our healthy diet and our journey towards more ethical and resilient local food systems.
