AU/LAB is a space for research, training, innovation and intervention allowing collaboration between professionals, citizens, researchers, decision-makers and entrepreneurs on the theme of urban agriculture and food.

A non-profit organization, the laboratory is a place for national and international action and reflection on urbanity and food. Drawing on a wide range of expertise and more than 10 years of experience, AU/LAB ensures the emergence of proposals, initiatives and enterprises dealing with production and transformation as well as distribution and marketing of urban agriculture. The laboratory acts in a perspective of participation in the development of an urban food system, sustainable urbanism and a circular economy within cities.
